Outlook for Mac changes my plain text font when I print -- font - Microsoft Community

i have had issue several versions of outlook mac. posted , tried workarounds suggested in sep 2016 thread. problem has persisted though, , i'm wondering if has new ideas, or if more detailed description below helps triangulate issue.

i running current build (version 15.39 -- 171010) of outlook mac via office 365 business subscription on totally up-to-date macbook pro 15 usb-c high sierra. religiously keep date.

i still have same problem. no matter font have specified in outlook > preferences > fonts, whenever launch print dialog , either save pdf (using either built in apple pdf engine or current version of adobe acrobat engine) or send printer, plain text email body content gets printed avenir next, not what's selected in outlook preferences. avenir first font selected in outlook preferences plain text font year or more ago. 

i have repeatedly un-installed , re-installed outlook, changed preferences > font selection, etc. issue persistent. 

here detailed walk-through of problem screen shots.

1. garamond size 12 set preferred font in outlook preferences plain text.

2. sent plain text email myself. both in compose window , in reading window, shows @ garamond size 12.

3. when print email sent items, print preview shows garamond body text being converted avenir next.

4. , resulting pdf (or hard copy print if sent external printer) has indeed converted body text garamond (or whatever other font specified in outlook > preferences > fonts > plain text) avenir next.

note: if compose in html, problem goes away. in other words, if compose in garamond in html formatted email, when open sent item , print it, font correctly print/pdf garamond. obviously, composing in html workaround have more control on how messages print, i'm confused why error happens in plain text, prefer compose , receive in.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
