live.com account access trouble - Microsoft Community

hello.

cannot access live.com account. never use it, needed in (fix problem in powerpoint--separate thread).

log in email address , known password. didn't it. reset password. wouldn't accept new password. reset password again.  let me in , wanted hook skype account. couldn't past screen without choosing something, did. logged me out , asked me log in again. wouldn't take new password (or old 1 matter). (did 4 times)

ms nonexistent if not corporate user. chatbot keeps telling me reset password. or tell them can't access account. chatbot answers lead same thing--reset password. useless.

finally somehow reset new (old) email address. it's trying set me i'm brand new. don't care live.com, don't want new account, wanted access existing account. seems have 2 accounts. or more. don't know. no idea user name or password skype or live.com--clearly saving password browser doesn't mater because each time i've tried use known, existing name , password combo don't work. 

how consolidate of 1 account please (which guess includes skype, have no idea ms these days)? , find way have user name , password work. 

please not tell me reset password. i've done @ least 5 times , doesn't work.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Office / Skype for Business / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
