Microsoft Office programs will not open. Error Message: EMET - Microsoft Community

running windows 7 , microsoft office 2007.  worked fine until 3 days ago.  none of office programs, or adobe reader open , similar message each one.  loaded current version of microsoft office , not open either.  how proceed?

form forces me select windows 8, have windows 7.
