Outlook issue, attached files are corrupted. - Microsoft Community

i have big issue outlook, when receive emails attachment file, commonlly file received corrupted, 8 of 10 emails have issue

but did not found source: web server provider, internet provider or outlook client.

did see similar issue on past?

what source?
