Outlook 2016 Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook - Microsoft Community

i have been trying access outlook 2016 on 1 of company's laptops , keep getting message "cannot start microsoft outlook.  cannot open outlook window"  this computer issued former employee has since been terminated , having use company related program have installed on this.  the employee did not use outlook brief time had laptop no outlook profiles ever completed.  i have followed numerous suggestions on site how fix issues none helping.  the way can access outlook running in safe mode , have gone thru list of add-ons , disabled them 1 @ time , still having same problems.  any appreciated.

there several reasons why can't open outlook 2016. in cases, due using outdated outlook. recommend install latest office updates computer check if helps open outlook normally.
