how can install irm information rights management in outlook 2016? want avoid, email recipient can print or copy private email.

you don’t need install irm in outlook 2016, need activate azure rights management in office 365 admin center , run powershell cmdlets configure it.

please follow instructions it:

1 . navigate office 365 admin center -> settings -> services & add-ins -> microsoft azure information protection -> manage microsoft azure information protection settings. click activate.

2 . connect exchange online using powershell. remember open powershell administrator.

3 . follow step 2 , step 3 in link https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/canitpro/2015/05/19/step-by-step-setup-and-enablement-of-office-365-message-encryption/ to finish configuration.
