i message every 5 minutes: "we're sorry, microsoft powerpoint has run error preventing running correctly. powerpoint need closed result. repair now?"

when click repair it, it'll repair 5 minutes , crash again... have know idea why happening. can please help???

please run powerpoint in safe mode , see if works properly. this, follow steps below:

  1. right-click start button (lower-left corner) in windows, , click run.
  2. in run box, type powerpnt /safe, , click ok.

 

note: stop office safe mode, exit , restart office application. start in normal mode unless there's problem opening application.

if powerpoint works fine in safe mode, custom add-in cause of application crash. in case, may disable custom add-in installed , see if there’s improvement.

additionally, check if office 2016 date or not.

meanwhile, please provide following information troubleshoot issue:

  1. provide screenshot of office 2016 product information. screenshot, open excel on system, click file>account, capture screenshot of information mentioned under product information.
  2. please check if error when open existing presentation or when creating new one.
  3. when did start getting error? after update?
  4. check other office applications such word, excel etc., see if same error.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
