hello, had issue calls @ work.  if tried call coworker, qualify , quality bars in call red.  moment add third call, call quality good.  solution have taken placing   call coworker , our cell phones, have third person in call.
    is there solution this?
    windows 7 or 10 or mix of two.
    on same lan or remote
    none of makes difference, call bad , cannot hear other side, till third person pulled call.
