have microsoft outlook mac 2016 version 15.41 (171205) , every time open program prompts me input passwords of various email accounts. how can fix this?

based on experience, suggest try following steps , check if issue can fixed:
1. make sure quit outlook , other office apps. go keychain access; (applications/utilities/keychain access)
2. search "exchange" under login> items , delete everything;
3. search "office" , delete everything;
4. search "adal" , delete everything;
5. re-launch outlook;
6. activation prompt. if account has been added already, see password prompt app , adal again. please 2-factor authentication if need , should able login.
if issue persists, please use contact support on help menu in outlook mac dedicated help.
