Skype for business and Logitech conference Video crash - Microsoft Community

i have connected logitech webcam conferencecam connet use skype business. video , audio works if olook in settings. if try start video call skype application crashes. os windows 10 pro, microsoft office 365 business

any suggestion reason be?

  1.  try using webcam check if skype business can start video meeting normally.
  2. a screenshot of pop-upped error message.
  3. provide entire crash log mentioned above.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
