hello, have question. i transfered pst file of user, because need contacts. i see contacts in 'contacts' menu, how can add them address book? i know can write emails through 'contacts' menu takes time , can't select multiple recipients way. problem solved. go 'contacts' menu -> choose contacts folder -> *right click* -> properties -> 'outlook address book' tab -> check "show folder address book" done.
