Outlook 2017 for Mac Cateogory colours have gone - Microsoft Community


i used have lots of categories calender different shows @ work.

i turned computer on yesterday , have gone

i have outlook version 15.38 , macos sierra

the categories show in nevigation window on left no colours , if select calender change categories there no options?

can me them back??

as far know, outlook 2016 mac have option of "categorize" in right corner of interface while creating calendar entry. since yours has missed option, issue might related it. so, suggestion try restoring "categorize" option client see if issue can resolved. so, can try following 2 methods:

1. re-move account outlook 2016 mac , re-add it.

2. create new outlook 2016 mac profile , configure account under new profile. more information, can refer to https://support.office.com/en-us/article/manage-profiles-or-identities-in-outlook-for-mac-fed2a955-74df-4a24-bef6-78a426958c4c

if issue persists after above methods have been performed, suggest contact  contact support feature on menu. our dedicated channel regarding outlook 2016 mac related issues. thanks
