icon appear microsoft. terms of use totally unacceptable, have not used it. use office 2013 serves me well. version of office looks going charge me. purpose of , can delete it.

  • any recent changes made on computer prior issue?
  • have installed update?
  • which windows 10 version/build installed on computer? check, type winver in search bar.


in addition, kindly send screenshot of office icon appeared on desktop. make sure there no personal information included.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
