Outlook 2010 - Clicking on a hyperlink will not take me to the link - Microsoft Community

outlook 2010 working fine.  suddenly, when click on link in email, error message: 

"this operatioon has been canceled due restrictions inj effect on computer. please contact system administrator." 

but, computer stand-alone computer @ house.    need when click on link in outlook 2010 email, taken link?

the previous items posted recent things have seen related issue.  i'm not aware of other known issues.  here couple more things check saw in prior support cases.

1.  make sure outlook secure temp folder accessible.  outlook needs able write it.

2.  double check these keys again.

 found default “value data” hkey_classes_root\.htm , hkey_classes_root\.html set “chromehtm”
changed default “value data” of registry key “htmlfile” , resolved issue.

3.  in windows settings (click search box , search settings).  in setting search defaults.  web browser.  change default edge or browser , switch back.  try forcing browser refresh these settings.  test issue edge , ie.  

4.  in internet explore go tools, internet options, advanced.  try restore settings , reset.  want make sure no policy changed cause issue.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
