365 Mail still setting up - Microsoft Community


hi,

we having issue people accessing 365 mail, & calendar.  the message 'still setting up'.  when check admin health, there no errors showing.  when check individual users reports 'we setting email ...'.  it says same account, able access use outlook.  these accounts have been in use 1-2 years in main.  this problem started last week 1 or 2 & week, multiple users in organisation.  i see there few posts on issue time ago, varying, hence new post.  i'm new forum apologies if needed reference or reply other posts!

based on description, may know whether using office 365 business? if so, please make sure has passed more 4 hours since first saw issue. may need time deploy when assign licenses.

if issue persisits, fix it, i’d collect information:

 

  1. which app shows “setting up”?
  2. can provide tenant information? protect privacy, have sent private message collect them. please click on link below access private message:
