Submitted form from internal email keeps going to my Junk folder - Microsoft Community


i have flagged not junk, persists.   internal users, different domain name, submit form gets emailed me , ends in junk folder.  cannot seem rectify through outlook.

so email goes me (*** email address removed privacy ***), users @ domain2 (*** email address removed privacy ***) attached form.  message @ top of email moved junk folder states:

"the sender failed our fraud detection checks , may not appear be"

i'm leaning toward being spf issue, not sure how configure new txt record rectify come through.

office 365 small business, admin , i do know how add record, not sure of syntax, if, in fact, feel issue.

yes, problem related spf record in custom domain (domain2.com). please refer article set spf in office 365 prevent spoofing:
