can no longer change or save document on ipad , logged in valid accound want more money? or why cant edit if paying an account?

we need valid license use office app on ipad. please try navigating office 365 subscriptions page office 365 account check if have the latest destop version of office license. 

if don't have license, may need let organization's admin assign you or need subscribe 1 office 365 subscription includes license such office 365 business premium, office 365 enterprise e1 , on. reference: office 365 plan options.

if have license, we'd confirm few things investigation

1.  please capture screenshot of office 365 subscriptions page. protect privacy, please share screenshot via private message.

2.  when can't change or save document on ipad, there error message? if so, please capture screenshot.

3.  can change or save document on ipad previously?

4.  these documents stored? on onedrive business or sharepoint online?

5.  can edit these documents on office online?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
