i hoping problem resolve time, , or fixed own remedies, alas, here requesting help. may tell me example:

restart device/restart app

reinstall apps

clear cache

reconnect keyboard...

etcetera...

i've literally done all, , no avail, problem still persists. i've tested lovely , useful bluetooth keyboard oh on multiple other devices, worked flawlessly each time no problem, began wonder if zt88 android 7.1.1 tablet. however, did notice there problems bluetooth connections latest android versions, further testing, determined keyboard works fine other apps. aside microsoft word, use 1 drive work on assignments , personal writing projects. reason word app decides doesn't want accept keyboard anymore, stop processing typing , allow me use backspace key on keyboard, other key rendered useless until tap on place left off at. extremely inconvenient , aggravating, reason bought tablet in first place type , work on go , can't that. absolutely unacceptable creators of word app , should not problem. app literally created people write on go, , doesn't function properly. , ensure wasn't keyboard being dumb, tested apple keyboard had lying around, same problems persisted , same overwhelming disappointment experienced continued exist. should not problem occurring ever, if you're offering app stated work properly, best delivering that.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
