Emails are bouncing to AOL.com and verizon.net email customers

hi barry,

mine bouncing when email verizon or aol email user via outlook.

this message get:

delivery delayed these recipients or groups:

(recipient's name & email address)

subject: pick up

this message hasn't been delivered yet. delivery continue attempted.

the server keep trying deliver message next 1 days, 19 hours , 51 minutes. you'll notified if message can't delivered time.

the issue encountered may caused following reasons:

the inability resolve mx records of recipient domain properly. check if mx records of recipient domain can resolved using public dns lookup tool .if not or not propagated, contact recipient directly.
the or mx records sender's domain not exist or not propagated. mail servers not accept mail domains without valid or mx records. check if can resolved using public dns lookup tool. if sender , cannot resolved, contact dns hosting provider.
the ip address of sending server blacklisted on recipient side. contact recipient directly check if case.

please use affected email account send email different email addresses check if emails can sent.

also, it’s recommend use network environment send emails aol.com , verizon.net check if ip address blocked.

meanwhile, please provide entire non delivery report , support ticket number further processing.
