Not able to access my EMAIL from last 3 days on the web browser. It - Microsoft Community


hi

i not able access email last 3 days on web browser. work fine on mobile phone email client.i have tried on different browser not working. 

please resolve issue

hi,

err_tunnel_connection_failed error caused proxy settings on browsers. have tried using internet explorer browser? if yes , if issue occurs using internet explorer, follow suggested solutions below:

solution 1: proxy server setting

  1. open internet explorer.
  2. click tools button, , click internet options.
  3. go connection tab, click lan settings.
  4. uncheck box says use proxy server lan.
  5. click on ok.
  6. go outlook.com website test.

solution 2: other possible troubleshooting steps
click link , follow steps on can't access or use email website section.

note: recommended steps windows 8 applicable windows 10.

let know if works.
