combined inbox for default email and for shared mailbox - Microsoft Community

hi

i have 2 inbox in outlook

1. default email address

*** email address removed privacy ***

inbox

*** email address removed privacy *** [ shared mailbox]

inbox

if send email to  *** email address removed privacy ***, mail should come the  inbox of  *** email address removed privacy *** .  but  the  recipient address should be  *** email address removed privacy ***. see emails  coming to  myname or info should visible to  same inbox. dont want go  see the  new email in both folder want in 1 place. 

if possible , please can ypu let me know what  step.

based on experience, it's not feasible combined inboxes between default email , shared mailbox. however, can add shared mailbox inbox folder favorites area, , adjust location in favorites area best review.

 

meanwhile, encourage feedback requirement our related team via outlook uservoice. microsoft welcomes feedback on products.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
