i have outlook mac v 15.36 , cannot see store icon in ribbon. i've confirmed can access store add-ins excel not outlook. can let me know how resolve?

may know whether using office 365 exchange online account or else?

how did set email account in outlook 2016 mac via using exchange, imap or pop?

may try create new profile , set account via using exchange see whether problem still occurs. reference:  manage profile or identities

note: if have local data not present on cloud/server. in case, recommend up/export email data before creating new outlook 2016 profile.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
