Scheduled 'Delay Delivery' messages are not sending from - Microsoft Community


hello there! 

have created emails , scheduled them delay delivery in outlook 2016 using desktop application on windows. these emails have popped in outbox , seemed on track. however, when went outbox today, none of messages ever sent. doubling checking delay delivery options, have confirmed indeed past 'do not deliver before' time , can confirm outlook connected internet. these set me being in office in mind ensure internet connectivity. 

 these emails time-related information , i would continue setting them in way in advance don't forget send them out. 
suggestions these deliver outbox when supposed to?
