TOC not holding onto TOC2 style update - Microsoft Community

we in word 2010.  have document heading 2 in document underlined , bold. attorney wants in toc standard (no bold or underline attributes). toc2 shows no attributes turned on. select 1 of lines of text in toc, unbold , turn off underline, use r-click> update style match selection. maybe 50% of level 2 items in toc updated. 

then - when refresh toc, bold , underline comes back. why? missing?

you're seeing may due formatting in headings themselves. updating toc style affect formatting applied style; still pick formatting applied actual headings formatting not part of heading style.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
