Is there a way to prevent an e-mail from being sent to a particular - Microsoft Community

outlook provides rules tools managing e-mail inbound.  looking similar outbound e-mail.

i have 2 different e-mail accounts use different purposes, both on daily basis.  despite best efforts, every , send e-mail 1 account should have been sent other account.  result, recipient sees wrong e-mail address me, , wrong signature on message.  have outlook me avoid mistake.

to simplify matters, use 1 of e-mail accounts e-mail traffic 2 specific domains (call them a.com , b.com).  e-mail goes these domains should sent account, , e-mail goes other domains should sent other account.

outlook can trigger rules if send e-mail particular account, , if recipient's address includes specific words.  outlook doesn't seem offer action stop e-mail being sent.  can number of other things, including deferring delivery.  want outlook notify me when conditions met , stop e-mail being sent, can correct e-mail account being used.

i happy if outlook trigger macro (since can write simple macro lets me know mistake, , automatically correct it).  don't see option either.

does have suggestions how can configure outlook stop e-mail being sent when accidentally use wrong e-mail account?

if matters, running windows 10 home 64-bit office 2013 (including outlook 2013) installed.

thanks in advance.
