Not receiving email in my Hotmail account - Microsoft Community

i not receiving any new emails not my hotmail account.  i have checked junk folder , it's not in there.  i checked blocked email list , email addresses aren't on there.  i have tried sending test emails other accounts , none of them being received.  i have tried deleting browser cookies, checking mail rules, restarting computer, using different computer, using different browser.

what can fixed?

emails may not arrive due inbox filter, sort settings, , many other factors. other troubleshooting steps can try, see i didn't receive email sent outlook.com account. also, if email account configured on email client such outlook, check if emails arriving there.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
