Word printing some pictures, but not others - Microsoft Community

hi 

i having issue word printing pictures in document, no others.  there appears no logical (that can discover) reason or pattern pictures decides print , not.

background: exporting adobe illustrator.  tiff files, tried jpegs.

file sizes range 1-10mb. word prints small , big files - no pattern.  no relationship esolution of image has been identified either.  files 150dpi, prints @ 300dpi not others.
below of things have tried reading various forums.
  • turned on "print drawings created in word" box
  • turned off "show picture placeholders"
  • tried printing different printer , printing directly pdf (using adobe)
  • tried both embedding , linking picture
  • tried tiff , jpeg
  • coping paint , re-saving jpeg
  • started new document
  • re-installed video card drivers
  • tried different versions of office (2010, 2013, 2016)
  • reinstalled office 2010, 2013, 2016
  • tried 3 different computers same files
  • tried variations of picture placement (in line text etc.)
none of these possible solutions have worked.  
any assistance appreciated.

need identify if has word itself, or file exported adobe illustrator. have tried to  insert pictures on powerpoint, check if can able print there? also, first print pictures coming adobe illustrator?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
