Errors in Grouping Outlook Conversations - Microsoft Community

i have seems unique issue.

i send out emails monthly same subject, example "november open orders". subject line same, recipients different companies. not cc or bcc 2 companies together, send out individual emails different people.

my issue when view messages in conversation format, conversations grouped randomly. individual emails sent x, y, , z people start show singular conversation between x, y, z , myself - i'm looking 3 separate conversations between myself , x, myself , y, , myself , z.

i cannot isolate reasoning why these conversations being incorrectly grouped , frustrating when trying old emails because have more 1 recipient in each conversation.

is common issue? or there setting grouping need change?

hi,

yes, common issue. because have same subject, conversation index identical , outlook sees them 1 thread. same thing happens when send out invoices, plan add invoice # subject (when time edit invoicing system).

offhand, don't think there solution. you're options make subject unique, stop using group conversation view, using instant search find correct message.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
