every time try send email response back.

"your message couldn't delivered because weren't recognized valid sender. common reason email address suspected of sending spam , it's no longer allowed send messages outside of organization. contact email admin assistance."

if office 365 account , cannot send emails out, please contact admin check if account in action center. this, please go exchange admin center (eac) admin's credential: protection > action center.

if account in action center list, please refer link release account.

if issue persists after releasing account or account not in list, please sent complete non-delivery report (ndr) analysis in private message. , provide information below analyze:

  1. if outgoing emails cannot delivered or outgoing emails recipients outside of organization?
  2. is there other occurs issue in organization?

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
