Can't share screen - Microsoft Community

whether initiate voice call or colleague initiates voice call, can't share screens.

based on information mentioned using skype , colleague using skype business.

 

if yes, feature not available , skype , skype business cannot share desktop each other.

 

your colleague office 365 business account can share screen in way:

 

• go office 365 web scheduler address @ https://sched.lync.com , signing in office 365 business account.
