got off tech support chat jim bess, office tech support agent. went out of way me, spending on hour , half figure out solution problem couple of other tech support agents unable resolve. kept trying , researching possible solutions until fixed problem, showing initiative , commitment customer satisfaction. unfortunately remote connection crashed before able fill out customer satisfaction survey, hope feedback through channel reaches management! way, problem 1 on 100 people on uservoice seem complaining about, namely ability open multiple sheets in excel @ once after recent updates. in case, turned out no longer able because, jim discovered, computer stuck in tablet mode. imagine if 100 angry customers facing same simple issue , no 1 had figured out till now!
