Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community

my outlook 2016 deleting e mails in inbox only, 

and 3 weeks have not been able find out why, 

there no rhyme or reason it, , vanish before eyes , come , not.

it looks e mails on server ok, outlook not replicating on server.

i paid latest version of outlook 2016 microsoft because outlook 2010 failed ( long story) , 2016 has been failing me trying find way around ( creating new profiles etc ) cannot find fix

i running business well, , don't know how money going cost me.

so suggestions appreciated.

( running window 7 maybe there synergy issue, has developed , ok 4 weeks ago ??)

hi ian,

email rules can affect outlook desktop app's behavior. better assist you, need answers following questions:

  • is computer connected on domain?
  • have made changes on computer prior issue?
  • did try remove , re-add email account outlook mail client?

in meantime, suggest refer article on how manage email messages using rules.

we looking forward response.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
