Outlook 365 will not allow me to email anyone not in my contact list. - Microsoft Community

i changed computers , installed outlook 365 on new computer. every time on new computer try replying email address not on contact list, outlook removes email address , requires me add contacts. new in last few days. outlook on old computer allowed me reply without adding email addresses contacts.

how correct this?

normally, can send messages email addresses regardless if they're not included in contacts list. regarding concern, happen if use account send emails in outlook? if so, recommend repair outlook app scan , repair corrupted files may affect functionality.
