since have installed office 2016 on office 365, emails clients , emails staff each other being flagged "junk" mail or spam.
please advise can because clients not getting mails.

are using office 365 email accounts? if so, uncommon office 365 emails delivered junk folder or marked spam. please check whether spf record has been added. reference: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn789058%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx
if issue persists, please let me know following:
1. clients use office 365 email services?
2. if not, use outlook? detailed outlook version build required.
