can please why haven't received update on ticket microsoft (#****-****)? last response on august 9th, i've replied 3 times without response. after ticket #****-**** opened microsoft on july 16th , closed without permission or completion on july 20th. had open new ticket no 1 respond previous ticket. opening third ticket , requesting immediate escalation management team.
this absolutely ridiculous paying office 365 enterprise e3 customers. have referred me call windows support team citing issue "most likely" windows 10 creators update. i'm not seeing how that's possible since thread opened on february 3, 2017 , version 1703 wasn't released until april 11, 2017. facts stubborn things, aren't they?
i forward microsoft caring customers.

2. upload related screenshots symptoms of issue.
