Office 2016 crashes when dragging emails or attachements into Google - Microsoft Community

we having issue multiple users. when drag email or attachment google chrome, outlook 2016 will crash majority of time. causes outlook crashing sporadically all day. has been happening little while i'm not sure version started with, maybe build released current channel in june or july (most our users use deferred channel). run mix of windows 10 1607/1703.

here log collected pc running windows 10 1607 with microsoft office click-to-run 32-bit version 16.0.8625.2121:

regarding “when drag email or attachment google chrome”, mean drag email or attachments gmail account using outlook 2016 client or else?

please try using outlook in safe mode , disable add-ins see whether problem still occurs.

start outlook in safe mode. 
1. choose start > run.
2. type outlook /safe, , choose ok.

if outlook work in safe mode, problem 1 of add-ins. you'll need disable add-ins before restarting outlook.

moreover, update latest version 1710 (build 8625.2132) check issue, see: version , build numbers of update channel releases

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
