Why doesn’t Outlook's PC program, outlook.com & Outlook - Microsoft Community

the outlook program on pc uses categories, create own names instead of using standard, silly colored ones deleted. online, outlook.com’s people uses contact lists though swear used categories.

my nokia lumia 950-xl phone’s people can bunched groups can find easily.

why call them different things & why aren’t synced between devices & sites?

also, swear windows 8 phone let me add max of 20 people group go online live.com , didn’t limit me there. and, synced. these new ones aren’t.

i realized phone #s listed if that’s people’s name listed way since they’re contacts company names , there's nothing in first or last name boxes & list set sort: last name. maybe outlook.com uses whatever can in order put them in list? wonder why chooses phone #s , not company name if has one?
