Emails are Disappearing - Microsoft Community

use windows 10 operating system , have office 365 home subscription installed.  in outlook program when open emails , need go , refer emails have disappeared.  opened email , had go print attachment , email gone.  not in trash or draft folder non existent.  there fix this?

there's instance when you're looking @ mailbox via filtered view or via unread mail search folder , have option configured automatically mark emails read after x seconds, happen messages automatically disappear when marked read.

if in (unread mail) search folder, switch normal inbox folder , see if items there. if in inbox folder already, make sure view not set “unread messages in folder” or have filter applied view.
