hello all! have searched web try , figure answer problem, no avail.
have form need printed. it's formatted our needs @ work.
what have done far created layout, inserted text fields , connected "merge" excel file word document. when click on "preview" mail merge, looks fine. when print out however, word text prints, not data fields blank (not in preview, in printout.)
quick rundown:
excel columns this: date / day / data1 / data2 / data3, etc etc
each row separate date.

in word created "form letter" text boxes filled data in spreadsheet.
since each row separate date, need new page created per date (ie if have 5 rows of data, there should 5 printed pages days' data filled in.

when preview merge, looks good. "complete mail merge" , things still good...
when try , print, blank, formatted word document prints none of data fields filled in.
