Mail Retention policy: cannot be changed from default 30 days - Microsoft Community

hi, tried change mail retention policy "30 days" "never". page not show "save" button , cannot retain selection. tried chrome, edge, internet explorer 11, android chrome, android internet browser , save button not exist.  should do?

please check whether can login account go directly exchange admin center: https://outlook.office365.com/ecp

 

please follow step 1,2,3 connect account exchange online powershell: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj984289(v=exchg.160).aspx.

and run following cmdlet:

 

new-retentionpolicy "mypolicy" -retentionpolicytaglinks "never delete"

set-mailbox "identity" -retentionpolicy "mypolicy"

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
