PowerPoint - Instead of Icons I see black X... - Microsoft Community

i got office 2016.

power point can allow working icons.

but when open icons - see black x instead of icons themselves,

please follow steps below repair office check whether can fixed:

1) right-click the start button, , select control panel from pop-up menu.

2) from category view, under programs, select uninstall program.

3) right-click microsoft office , select the change button.

4) select online repair > repair to repair office.

if issue persists, please share following information us:

1) go powerpoint file > account > product information to capture screenshot us.

2) did issue occur before?
