Problem Searching Contacts in Outlook Customer Manager

we are on office 365 windows. populating outlook customer manager our current customer information sharing , making business contact.

in ocm when use search box in companies tab works fine. however when try using search box locate customer in contacts tab displays nothing.

after logging on ocm via 1 of group members search function in contacts tab works fine them.

i have reindexed outlook has made no difference.

any suggestions on why might occurring?

could please create new test contacts manually in ocm , check if appear in search?

meanwhile, may confirm whether contacts can be searched via people pane in outlook, not in ocm?

when doing research, did select all contacts in filter?
