Cannot update Office 365 - Microsoft Community

i have office 365 subscription , have never had problem until updates automatic. apps - word, excel etc etc have yellow band saying updates available updates office ready installed, first need close apps - update button. when click orange bordered pop-up says it's downloading updates nothing happens.

when go support doesn't come account - comes office365 account have outlook work email address - support tells me contact administrator

pretty frustrated right now

1. can try following -

network & internet -> wi-fi -> manage known networks -> <select wi-fi> -> properties -> set metered connection <on/off> ->off

update office now.

2. have older version of office installed on computer. if yes, please remove easy fix tool.

3. start computer in clean boot , try update office applications, check result.
