i new office365 , today asked email me on office365 address unable so.

is possible email office365 address outside domain?

yes, can send emails office 365 account outside domain.

 

however, office 365 account should have exchange online license. check if office 365 account have exchange online license, recommend try signing outlook web app specific email account. if unable access outlook web app, please refer article assign license:
