we've setup calendar federation between our organization , another. whilst working between on-premise users in both org's, other org cannot view free/busy information users using exchange online / office 365 email.
we have organization sharing enabled , setup in exchange online admin center between both org's.
any ideas?

it expected behavior on-premises users cannot see calendar information of exchange online user if hybrid deployed. may need use workaround mentioned below:
