Cannot sign in on any Office product - Microsoft Community


i using windows 7 , office 2013. when try sync on office product, one-note, outlook etc. message stating, "we unable connect right now. please check network , try again later."   have tried later weeks same message. when try sign in again same message.  network works great on other programs.  a month ago changed internet providers centurylink comcast. bought new high speed router (****). problems office seemed begin around time.

there's possibility error caused incompatibility between office products , network adapter settings. recommend disable , re-enable local area connection network adapter. follow these steps on how perform action:

  1. on cortana search, type network.
  2. choose network , sharing center list.
  3. on left pane, select change adapter settings.
  4. right-click on local area connection, click on disable.
  5. wait 30 seconds , switch enable.
