we have contracting staff ,that use o365 webmail instead of outlook client, how can go having signature in webmail set without having upgrade e3 licence.
please advice.

hi rohan,
can add signature e1 license normally.
issue caused owa policy(set admin), please make sure email signature checked in owa policy:
if not admin, please contact admin , tell him issue , make sure option checked in owa policy.
when policy changed, please wait time propagation.
if still cannot solve problem, please send me screenshot of owa email settings further analyse issue.
