Layout changes when I save to PDF from Word 365 - Microsoft Community

hi guys

i have word document 2 column layout. when try save pdf retains 2 column layout document 3 columns on 2 pages instead of nice neat 4 full columns on 2 pages. looks ran out of words. 

i have tried saving pdf , xps (same issue). tried exporting pdf, printing pdf. users of earlier versions of word told turn off print metrics , cannot find option anywhere in word 365 (i'm looking in advanced options on print). have not changed margin size other use 2 column layout. when switch single column retains layout. don't want if have will. 

please can suggest solution?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
