i have ms office 2016 (word, outlook, excel, etc.); windows 7 professional.
for whatever reason, autocomplete stopped working in outlook, continues work in word. example, when start type august, suggestion for august displayed after 3rd or letter. press enter, entire word (august) completed (inserted). subsequently, current date suggested. went file, options, mail, editor options, advanced. show autocomplete suggestions is selected. have looked online no avail. suggestions appreciated.

- is autocomplete not working on dates? or autocomplete not functioning @ all?
- is happening specific file? or files have on pc?
