Outlook 2016 missing junkmail folder - Microsoft Community

just bought office home & business 2016, set in new computer, in outlook left hand column see "inbox", no "junkmail" file have seen in past versions. nuts, cannot find junkmail folder anywhere.  concern is, received lot of junkmail @ email address on old computer. receiving still huge build on time.  appreciate finding junkmail folder , adding underneath inbox on left column

junk email folder default folder in outlook 2016 should available when sign in app. have tried creating new profile in outlook 2016 check if see junk email folder? also, have tried signing in account online through outlook.com see check if see junk email folder?

in meantime, suggest run outlook in safe mode check if junk email folder show up. may refer link steps.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
